This house is a cross between a new Custom Home and a Renovation. We left the foundation and a single wall standing of the original home, and everything else is brand new and updated. The new home maximizes the views to the incredible backyard, showcasing the creek and golf course. The back patio and golf cart garage give the new owners ways to connect with their friends and neighbors.
