We first worked with these clients on their kids’ bathrooms, then returned for a full gut renovation of the home’s main living spaces. The existing kitchen, dining, laundry, pantry, den, and powder bath areas were dark, chopped up, and inefficient. We reworked the layout, shifted walls, opened up the flow, and built smarter support spaces, including a walk-in pantry, cozy den, and powder bath near the pool. The result is a cleaner, more functional home that works hard and feels built to last.
