Scotia

Scotia was a renovation focused on making a tight kitchen and underused courtyard work harder for a busy family of five. We reclaimed about 100 square feet from the courtyard to expand the kitchen, create a true dining space, and improve the connection between indoor and outdoor living. The exterior scope included a covered structure, outdoor kitchen, and accordion window that ties the courtyard directly back to the kitchen. The result is a smarter, more functional home where every square foot has a clear purpose.
