In this two-phase remodel, we started by updating the exterior to remedy years of disrepair and give the house a more modern look, as well as energy efficient upgrades, and a welcoming front patio for entertaining. This project won an The City of Richardson's Revitalization Award for the major improvements to the outside of the home. The following year, we updated the Master Bath and Kids' Bath to complement the new exterior style.
