Functionally this home was in good shape, but the new homeowners wanted to refresh the public areas to suit their taste. We added beams and lighting, updated the built ins, and refreshed the finishes to update the look to match our owner's soft contemporary style.

The antiqued paint finishes and sparse overhead lighting made these large open spaces feel dark. The large vaulted ceiling was begging for some additional detail.
