This newer construction home lacked a formal dining space. We absorbed the back patio to become an indoor/outdoor dining room with grill and extended a new covered patio. Currently in the works is a new road through the large property leading to a Barndominium, coming soon.

What's now the dining room was once the covered porch. The back area was mostly dirt, waiting to be finished.
